JUNE 18, 2005

June 18 (Saturday) from 3:00 - 4:00 PM, the Friends will hold a General Membership Meeting, the theme being "Vision for the Friends." We will hear from past presidents of the Friends about their vision for the Friends and would also like to hear from you. Our special guest speaker will be Dr. Steve Levin, an internationally known JPL Astrophysicist, who will discuss his groundbreaking research and answer questions on the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence, the Big Bang Theory, and astronomy in general. Dr. Levin will gear his presentation for adults and children.. Each person in attendance will be given a cool "outer space" bookmark. Everyone from the community is welcome to attend what's sure to be a fascinating program.
