Become a Sponsor

In addition to promoting reading, education, and literacy, another purpose of this program is to raise funds for the Culver City Julian Dixon Library. Our Library is the third busiest out of 88 libraries in Los Angeles County. Unfortunately, the size of the Library and parking lot are inadequate for its use and do not fulfill the needs of our community. Due to limited funding at the Federal, State, and County levels, necessary expansion is not currently possible. Funds generated from this project will be earmarked for such improvements and provide the financial foundation to qualify us to apply for matching grant funds from various agencies as well as provide needed materials for the Library.

The success of the Culver City Reads program and our fundraising goals depends on financial support from businesses/corporations, civic institutions, and individuals. There are many ways you or your business/organization can contribute to this community celebration, including one of many levels of sponsorship, a contribution of a gift certificate or item for a drawing, and/or participating in the Culver City Reads events. A combination of cash and in-kind contributions may be combined to achieve the sponsorship honors.

Please print out the sponsorship form (click here for a printable version) and return the completed form to us indicating your level of sponsorship and/or contribution to the drawing. There are several types and benefits of sponsorship (click here for a printable version). Please note the deadline for receipt of this form, tax-deductible contribution, and ad is July 29, 2005 for acknowledgement in our Program Book. For additional information, please email us at info.ccfol.org. Again, thank you for your support!
